JIS122447 Data Analytics Lead/BI Lead

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced BI Lead to spearhead our Business Intelligence strategy,

architecture, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have 812 years of experience in BI, Data

Warehousing, and Analytics, with 24 years of strong hands-on expertise in Looker

(LookML, modeling, governance). This role requires a blend of technical depth, leadership,

stakeholder management, and the ability to drive an enterprise-wide data-driven culture.

The BI Lead will own the end-to-end BI ecosystemsolution design, data modeling,

governance, scalability, team mentorship, and delivery of high-impact analytical products.

Required Skills & Experience

812 years of overall BI and analytics experience with 24 years of Looker/LookML

development.

Strong SQL expertise (complex queries, optimization, troubleshooting, performance

tuning).

Hands-on experience building end-to-end BI solutionsmodeling, dashboards,

governed datasets, embedded analytics.

Deep understanding of modern cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift,

Azure Synapse).

Experience with ETL/ELT technologies (dbt, Informatica, Talend, SSIS).

Proven ability to design BI architectures, semantic layers, and reusable models.

Experience integrating BI tools with external applications via APIs/SDKs.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience

influencing leadership teams.

Demonstrated leadership experiencementoring, code reviews, project oversight,

and driving BI initiatives
