Jira align Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Jira Align / Jira Administrator to manage and optimize Atlassian tools for enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate will have strategic experience in migrating from Jira Cloud to Jira Align , along with strong administration skills across Atlassian products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute migration from Jira Cloud to Jira Align .
• Administer and maintain Atlassian tools including Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
• Configure workflows, permissions, and integrations to support business needs.
• Perform system service reloads and troubleshoot issues through log debugging .
• Develop and maintain Bash scripts for automation and system tasks.
• Ensure system stability and performance on Linux-based environments .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall experience in IT, with minimum 2 years in Jira Align .
• Proven experience in strategic migration from Jira Cloud to Jira Align .
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian administration (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence).
• Proficiency in Bash scripting and Linux OS fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience in log analysis and debugging .
• Ability to manage system services and perform reloads effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in enterprise-level Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with integration of Atlassian tools with other platforms.
