Essential (must have) skills needed- Jira project setup and configuration, Workflow design and management, Screen schemes and field configuration, Permission schemes and user/group management, Jira Automation rule configuration, Agile board creation and management, Strong knowledge of JQL and Jira reporting, Experience with ScriptRunner, Experience with Elements Connect, Experience managing Jira Marketplace apps, Dashboard and reporting configuration, Ability to troubleshoot Jira configuration issues
Desirable (good to have) skills needed Advance groovy scripting, Easy BI
