Were hiring a Jewellery Sales Executive to help us build meaningful customer relationships and deliver an exceptional luxury buying experiencevirtually and beyond. If you have 12 years of experience in luxury retail and a passion for fine jewellery, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers through virtual channels (WhatsApp, calls, online consultations)
- Handle customer enquiries, provide product details, and guide them through the buying journey
- Take regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers
- Share quotations, order updates, and collection launches with clients
- Strengthen and nurture long-term customer relationships at Sutra
- Use CRM tools to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
What You Need:
12 years of experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales
Strong understanding of WhatsApp marketing and CRM tools
Experience in customer acquisition, follow-ups, and after-sales service
Basic knowledge of fine jewellery is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A customer-first mindset with attention to detail
Location: Jaipur
Work Mode: Work from Office
