Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Consultant based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with clients to provide tailored sales consulting services, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The consultant will also deliver exceptional customer service, foster strong client relationships, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Additionally, the candidate will assist in achieving sales goals and contribute to the company's success.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and outstanding Customer Service abilities
• Excellent Communication skills to establish rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail
• Previous experience in jewelry sales or luxury retail is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory
• Previous Experience in Jewellery Retail Sales is preferred
