Jewelry Merchandiser

We are seeking a Jewellery Merchandiser who possesses a sound understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate must have experience in product pricing, client interaction, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Pricing and preparation of design proposals and presentations.
• Handling and addressing client queries pertaining to orders and samples.
• Coordinating and overseeing sample development to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Ensuring that CAD designs and samples are produced in accordance with the required design specifications and pricing, while minimising wastage.
• Monitoring order status and ensuring clear communication regarding design and quality requirements to clients.
• Reporting project status and implementing action plans to address delays or challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in client interaction, product pricing, and new product development.
• Attention to detail concerning design aesthetics, quality, manufacturing feasibility, and economic viability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for pricing, reporting, and status tracking.
