Role Overview

Are you a jewelry geek? And have a knack for brand storytelling through strong visual aesthetics?

This role is for someone with a formal background in Jewelry Design who is excited to extend their skill set beyond design into visual storytelling, social media content, and brand experience.

Who This Role Is For

A jewelry designer who doesnt want to be confined only to a design desk. Someone curious about branding, content, and customer interaction. A creative individual looking for a long-term growth role within a design-led luxury brand.

Core Responsibility

- Actively participate in developing new jewelry collections based on briefs from the Creative Head.

- Assist in design collaborations undertaken by the brand.

- Support planning of collection launches and timelines in coordination with internal teams.

- Apply basic knowledge of gemstones, materials, and fine jewelry processes throughout design development.

- Ideate and create visual content for social media, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.

- Assist in product and lifestyle shoots (styling, conceptualization, execution).

- Use design and editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and mobile apps.

- Engage with customers during studio visits, exhibitions, or appointments when required.

- Communicate design concepts, product details, and brand philosophy clearly and confidently.

- Support sales and marketing teams by offering design-led insights into customer preferences.

- Act as a brand representative who understands both the product and the customer mindset.

Must-Have qualifications

- Degree in Jewelry Design / Lifestyle Accessory Design

- Strong jewelry design skills (manual and/or software-based)

- Basic understanding of gemstones and fine jewelry processes

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Proficiency in softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools for web (e.g., Sketch, Figma)

Good to Have (Not Mandatory, but Preferred)

- Interest or experience in social media content creation.

- A good eye for visual aesthetics and styling.

- Familiarity with Instagram, reels, and digital storytelling.

- Comfort interacting with customers or willingness to learn.
