Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Jewellery Salesperson. The responsibilities include assisting customers with jewelry selection, providing detailed information about products, managing customer inquiries professionally, and driving sales to meet monthly targets. The role also involves arranging jewelry displays to ensure visual appeal, tracking inventory, and maintaining client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service skills to assist customers and drive sales
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and displays
• Knowledge or a keen interest in the jewelry industry and its products
• Previous retail or Jewellery sales experience will be an advantage, Minimum 2 years.
