RINGS & I is Indias first designer diamond ring studio, offering personalized, made-to-order diamond rings through a truly omnichannel, tech-enabled experience. With 1000+ designs across 16 styles, we empower clients to choose their ring, their style, and their budget all backed by trust, transparency, and celebration.
Position
Ring Expert Mumbai Location Borivali (West), Mumbai (Current) Open to switch in other Mumbai locations
Timings
11:00 am to 9:00 pm | Weekly off on one of the week days.
Job Overview
The Ring Expert is the main person to face the client. The Ring Expert drives the appointment in-store or online and handles client requirements using expert knowledge in styling, design, and people-reading skillsapplying these to convert business. They handle the entire Client & Product cycle from Appointment to Delivery.
Lead to Appointment
Lead nurturing from lead to studio visit
Enquiry handling
Providing prices on request
Appointment to Receipt
Driving the appointments per the provided SOP ensuring that the guidelines are followed
Providing customers with necessary information about policies, products & services
Able to gauge clients mind-set & driving the appointment flow
Conducting virtual appointments driving to either closure or studio visit
Processing online orders
Keeping track of product offerings and availability
Quotation communications
Building positive customer relations
Inventory management
Administering studio cleanliness Advance acceptance & receipt generation
Handing over cash to head-office
Procure to Pay
Following up on status of product before reception and sharing status with Head Office post reception
Ensuring that user expectations & design standards are met during the quality check process
Receipt to Invoice
Handling product deliveries Other Responsibilities
Participating in events to represent the business model & introduce customers to our model
Provide concept tours as necessary to stakeholders & customers
Participate in conducting Jewellery exhibitions
Host Jewellery styling consultations for diamond Jewellery clients periodically
Be a part of a networking forum or represent the company in digital platforms to contribute in revenue generation
Provide inputs on product strategy
Qualification
Must possess a MBA Degree and 24 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in retail.
