Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewellery Sales Consultant based in Mumbai. The Jewellery Sales Consultant will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert sales consulting, and deliver high-quality service. The role involves building strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience. Additionally, the consultant will contribute to meeting sales targets and improving the overall customer service standards of the store.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to support customer purchase decisions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to ensure excellent interactions
- Focus on achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction and building long-term relationships
- Ability to work in a retail environment and engage with clients in a confident and professional manner
- Additional qualifications that are beneficial include prior experience in the jewelry or luxury retail industry, knowledge of jewelry trends and designs, and fluency in multiple languages.
- Previous experience with Consultative Sales/Counter Sales Preferred
