Jewellery Merchandiser

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Design / Merchandising

• Degree from NIFT/ Pearl Academy will be preferred.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Jewellery Design, Merchandising and Product development

Skills required

• Experience in New Product Development with understanding in Design & Product manufacturing.

• Identify opportunities for Business growth and analysis of current catalogue for gaps.

• Analysis of Overall Market & Jewellery Trends.

• Ensure the overall brand ethos and design differentiation in the assortment.

• Closely work with other teams & stakeholders for all the backend processes to take products live.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

• Vendor selection and co-development for Category additions.
