This role sits at the heart of that.
The OpportunityAs aSenior Product Analyst & Merchandiser , you will ownwhat we sell, how much we sell, where we sell it, and how fast it moves - across physical stores and e-commerce.
This is not a backend reporting role.
This is adecision-making role that directly impacts revenue, margins, inventory health, and customer experience.
You will work closely with founders, category teams, retail heads, and marketing.
What You Will Own1. Merchandising & Category Planning- Owncategory-wise assortment planning for stores and e-commerce
- Decidedepth vs width across price points, styles, and collections
- Ensure the rightproduct mix by store, city, and channel
- Plan launches, replenishments, and exits for collections
- Balancehero products, experimental designs, and volume drivers
- TrackSKU-level performance across stores and online
- Analyzesell-through, velocity, ageing, margins, and returns
- Identify winning designs, slow movers, and dead inventory early
- Build actionable insights from:
- AOV / ASP trends
- Units per bill
- Conversion drivers
- Channel-wise performance
- Convert data intoclear buy / hold / exit decisions
- Maintain healthy inventory turns across channels
- Planstore-wise and channel-wise replenishment
- Control ageing inventory with smart pricing, bundling, or VM strategies
- Work with retail & marketing teams onclearance and push plans
- Ensureproduct consistency and logic between offline and online
- Decide which collections are:
- Store-first
- Online-first
- Exclusive / limited drops
- Align merchandising with:
- VM displays
- Campaign launches
- Seasonal trends & festivals
- Build and maintain dashboards for:
- Category performance
- Store-wise metrics
- Sell-through & ageing
- Margin contribution
- Shareweekly and monthly insights with leadership
- Highlight risks early and propose corrective actions
- 1+ years of experience inmerchandising, product analytics, or category management
- Experience acrossretail + e-commerce (jewellery / fashion / lifestyle preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset -Excel, dashboards, logic > gut feel
- Clear understanding ofinventory economics
- Ability to think bothcommercially and creatively
- Comfortable working in afast-growing, founder-led environment
- Direct impact onrevenue and scale
- High ownership with real decision-making power
- Work acrossstores + digital , not siloed
- Build systems from scratch not maintain legacy processes
