Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Jewellery Consultant to join our team in Gurugram, working on-site to provide expert guidance to clients on sourcing and selecting customized engagement rings. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and educating them about diamond certifications and quality metrics such as the 4 Cs of diamonds. The Consultant will also help drive sales by promoting the unique offerings of ORNAZ and ensuring that clients receive a premium and personalized experience while shopping for their engagement rings.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and passion for jewellery, including an understanding of diamonds, gemstones, and metal types
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to build client relationships and address inquiries effectively
• Experience in consultative sales and ability to guide clients in personalized buying decisions
• Familiarity with digital tools and technology for virtual presentations and e-commerce engagements
• Highly presentable and professional demeanor with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media engagement is a plus
• Prior experience in the jewellery retail or luxury goods sector is an advantage
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Gemology, or a related field preferred
