Jewellery CAD Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled CAD Designer with a strong background in jewelry design. The ideal candidate should be proficient inMatrix (preferred) orRhino , with the ability to translate creative concepts into precise, production-ready 3D models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D CAD models for fine jewelry, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to convert design concepts into workable CAD drawings.
• Modify and improve existing designs as per client or production requirements.
• Ensure CAD files are optimized for CAM and 3D printing processes.
• Stay updated with the latest jewelry design trends, CAD techniques, and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CAD Designer in the jewelry industry.
• Strong proficiency inMatrix (preferred) orRhino software.
• Good understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes (casting, stone setting, finishing).
• Attention to detail, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of other design/rendering tools (e.g., ZBrush, KeyShot, Blender).
• Experience in custom jewelry projects and rapid prototyping.
• Strong portfolio showcasing CAD work.
