Job Title: Jewellery CAD Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Jewellery CAD Designer to develop high-quality 3D jewellery models for export markets. The ideal candidate will translate design concepts and sketches into accurate, production-ready CAD models while collaborating closely with design and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed and precise 3D CAD models of jewellery designs using industry-standard software
• Translate design briefs, sketches, and concepts into manufacturable digital models
• Collaborate with jewellery designers and production teams to refine and optimize designs
• Ensure designs meet manufacturing feasibility, cost, and quality standards
• Prepare technical drawings, measurements, and specifications for production
• Support design modifications based on sampling, casting, and setting feedback
• Stay updated with global jewellery trends, CAD techniques, and new technologies
• Suggest design and process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Jewellery Design, Product Design, or a related field (preferred)
• 410 years of hands-on experience as a Jewellery CAD Designer in the export jewellery market
• Strong portfolio demonstrating CAD expertise and fine jewellery design skills
• Sound understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes including casting, setting, and finishing
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and design precision

Technical & Professional Skills

• Proficiency in Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD (ZBrush knowledge is an added advantage)
• Advanced 3D modelling and technical drawing skills
• Strong aesthetic sense and creativity aligned with international markets
• Excellent coordination and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under timelines with consistent quality output
