Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Buyer and Merchandiser located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves sourcing and purchasing jewelry, identifying market trends, and maintaining inventory. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with design teams. Additionally, the candidate will oversee fashion jewelry selections, customer satisfaction initiatives, and assist in staff training related to jewelry merchandise.

Qualifications

• Skills in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry
• Experience in Customer Service and Polishing
• Training experience related to staff and team development in a retail or luxury environment
• Strong attention to detail, market awareness, and trend forecasting ability
• Proficient communication and negotiation skills
• Relevant experience in luxury goods or jewelry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Jewelry Design, Merchandising, or Business is an advantage
