About this Role

We are seeking an experienced EPM Consultant with expertise in Jedox and SQL to deliver end-to-end implementation of Enterprise Performance Management solutions. This role involves working closely with finance teams to manage planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close cycles. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining metadata structures, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting large-scale EPM projects within a dynamic telecom environment.

What you will do

• Implement EPM solutions for finance controlling and planning using Jedox and Hyperion.
• Manage end-to-end month-end close cycles with minimal defects and timely delivery.
• Maintain and enhance hierarchical structures (metadata) for financial systems.
• Collaborate with finance planners during budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles.
• Provide techno-functional expertise in cost allocation, consolidation, and budgeting processes.
• Oversee project development aspects including scheduling, communication, and resource alignment.
• Deliver dashboards, reports, and business insights aligned with visualisation standards.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships through proactive engagement and communication.

Who you are

• Strong finance background with expertise in controlling and planning.
• Hands-on experience with EPM tools (Jedox preferred, Hyperion desirable) and SQL.
• Proven ability to manage planning applications and financial close tasks.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective communicator with strong analytical abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, Business Management, or Computer Applications.
• Certifications in EPM or related technologies are advantageous.
