JC Home Delivery Lead

Reliance Jio is looking for a Home Delivery Lead to manage Jio Home Delivery (JHD) operations in the JC territory. This role involves driving operational excellence, team management, and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JC operations.
2. Manage and supervise various outbound channels to ensure high service levels for JHD customers.
3. Recruit, train, and deploy outbound direct sales agents in JC area as per targets.
4. Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge for agents.
5. Drive lead acceptance and lead delivery on a day-to-day basis.
6. Ensure JC-level master configurations on JHD platform (Agents, Stores, PIN Codes, Products).
7. Plan JC territory to ensure 100% manning coverage.
8. Supervise and manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for Home Delivery.
9. Propose improvements to enhance customer experience.
10. Monitor and gather competition/industry plans, initiatives, policies, and best practices.

Education Required:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred).

Experience Required:

• Graduate: 48 years
• MBA: 26 years
