What we are looking for:
- Proficient in React.js fundamentals including Hooks, Functional Components, and Virtual DOM.
- Skilled in state management using Redux, Context API, and advanced patterns for large-scale applications.
- Experienced in TypeScript, ES6+ JavaScript, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, Vite).
- Strong knowledge of component-driven architecture, lazy loading, and code splitting for performance optimization.
- Hands-on with React Router, custom hooks, and React Query for efficient data fetching.
- Familiar with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
