Job Title: React Native Developer / Full-Stack Developer (Backend Experience Preferred)

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite per Week)

Contract Type: Long-Term Contract

Start Date: Mid-February

Job Description

We are proactively seeking strong React Native Developers preferably with full-stack capabilities and solid backend experienceto join our client,on a long-term engagement. Ideal candidates will be hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable working in a hybrid model (3 days onsite in Bangalore).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native .
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 48+ years of overall software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React Native , JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with backend technologies (Node.js , Java, Python, or similar).
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in hybrid/onsite environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with state management tools (Redux, MobX, Zustand, etc.).
