Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java with React Lead to design, develop, and lead end-to-end web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and frontend experience with React , along with proven leadership skills to guide teams, drive architecture decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and React
• Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure technical excellence
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability
• Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across frontend and backend layers
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments

Mandatory Skills
