Java VP

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• To participate in design and code reviews along with providing leadership for the global team.
• To share knowledge with the global teams along with ownership of implementation of design and maintenance.
• To collaborate with different business units along with leading a team of engineers focusing on major development projects.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• A minimum of 15+ years of experience along with proven technology architecture skills in delivering high performance volume distributed applications.
• Good hands-on application development and delivery utilizing distributed technologies such as Unix, Java, J2EE framework etc. along with good understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and data structure.
• knowledge of Java Server Pages, java script along with experience in Unix, shell and python Scripting.
• Solid experience of working in agile development methodologies along with providing overall project management and technically leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
