Education	Degree in Computer Science or related. Masters preferred.
Experience	·         10-16 Years of total IT experience ·         Mandatory experience of 6-8 years in managing Software projects      for development and maintenance of enterprise class business IT applications in      Banking domain in one of the following set ups: 1. Tier 1 IT companies 2. IT captives of MNC Banks 3. IT Product companies focused on Banking sector  ·         Proven expertise in the following process areas: 1. SDLC Methodologies (Waterfall/ Agile) 2. Estimation techniques 3. Project Planning using Microsoft project (MPP) 4. Risk Management 5. Stakeholder management ·         Should possess good understanding of architecture of different enterprise      application to enable better in troubleshooting of environment issues. ·         Hands on Experience in Java and J2EE platforms including Spring, design pattern,      UI framework, CI-CD and other tools, should be willing to perform design and code       reviews and hand hold developers to be more efficient. Focus on quality in initial cycle      of development knowledge of BDD tools like Cucumber is a plus.
Skills	●        The role will have responsibility to manage multiple technologies, research & innovation projects (Data Science, AI/ML, BIG data, NLP & deep learning projects) in the vertical. ●        Experience working in a multi-skilled engineering environment coordinating Change Requests and Service Requests. ●        Experience of managing IT projects within agreed timelines. prepare SOW  & its discussion and scope finalization with stakeholders. ●        Expertise in project management methodology, tools and templates (includes program/project planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management) ●        Track record of customer focus and Regular follow-up to take the SoW, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises ●        Ability to work highly matrixed, multi-functional IT organization ●        Experience of working with 3rd party vendors/internal IT team ●        Management skills to manage one or more large, complex projects simultaneously ●        Expertise in the use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques e.g. RAIDS, budget, communication ●        Working knowledge of project management tools such as – Microsoft Project or Smartsheet or other industry standard tools is desired ●        Strong team working skills across matri About Company Rebit is an RBI-owned IT company focused on strengthening India’s central banking technology infrastructure.
