Java Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Backend Java Technical Lead to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensure best practices in coding, and deliver high-quality solutions for enterprise-level applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for high-performance applications.

Develop and maintain RESTful Web Services ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.

Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to the development team.

Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including CI/CD and automated testing.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.

Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.

Experience with Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) and enterprise-level application development.

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
