Java Technical Lead

Role Summary

Owns endtoend technical design and delivery of Javabased applications, leading a small team of developers and driving best practices in architecture, coding and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development and review of Java applications and services, ensuring scalability, performance and security.

Translate requirements into highlevel and lowlevel designs, and guide the team through implementation and integration.

Provide handson technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring and enforcement of coding standards and design patterns.

Collaborate with product, QA and DevOps teams to drive endtoend delivery and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

56 years of experience in Java development, ideally with Spring/Spring Boot and related ecosystem.

Strong understanding of objectoriented design principles, design patterns and clean code practices.

Proven experience leading technical design discussions and owning implementation for complex modules or projects.

Excellent problemsolving, communication and stakeholder management skills
