Java Technical Lead

Adaps is looking for a highly skilled Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java and Backend architecture to join our growing team. This role requires hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle from designing and implementing robust RESTful services to managing CI/CD pipelines and participating in frontend integration.

Mandate: Initial 2 weeks Work from Client Office and post Hybrid - 1 day a week from office.

Job Description

• Lead the design and development of applications using Java, SpringBoot, and Microservices.
• Drive technical discussions, provide architectural guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in software development.
• Work with Azure cloud services for deployment and integration. (Nice to Have )
• Would be a plus if worked on SAAS based.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 7 - 10 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
