Java Support Engineer

About Position

We are hiring a Java Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in supporting missioncritical applications and monitoring production systems.

What You'll Do:

• Provide endtoend production support for Java-based applications.
• Monitor application health and troubleshoot real-time issues across production environments.
• Work with Kong API Gateway for configuration, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Manage and support AWS cloud components used in production.
• Use monitoring tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, and Kibana for incident analysis and rootcause identification.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to rollout fixes, enhancements, and performance improvements.
• Ensure stability, reliability, and continuous availability of production systems.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Java application support or production support roles.
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting production issues in highavailability environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway and its integration.
• Good understanding of AWS services commonly used in production environments.
• Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, and Kibana.
• Familiarity with incident management, oncall support, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced production environments and manage critical issues under pressure.
