About the Role

We are seeking a skilled mid-level Java Software Engineer who can independently handle development tasks, build scalable backend systems, and contribute to product enhancements.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java technologies, solid problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work on modules with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot

Build and consume RESTful APIs

Work on microservices-based architecture

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

Troubleshoot and debug production issues

Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies

Assist in performance optimization and system improvements

Contribute to designing scalable and high-performance systems

Technical Skills Required

Mandatory:

Strong knowledge of Core Java

Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

Hands-on experience with Spring/Spring Boot

Experience developing REST APIs

Good understanding of OOPS concepts

Database experience (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB)

Git and build tools (Maven/Gradle)

Basic understanding of Microservices architecture

Preferred:

Experience designing scalable systems using Redis

Fintech domain exposure

Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)

CI/CD knowledge

Experience with Docker

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science / IT / Engineering or related field
