TCS Bangalore hiring for Java Developers !!!!!

Role: Java Developers

Experience required: 2 to 4 years

Location:- Bangalore

Required Technical Skillset:-

1. Design, develop, test and maintain front end and back end applications in JAVA.
2. Knowledge in SQL (Oracle / DB2) and Hibernate concepts
3. Knowledge in Unix Shell Scripting
4. Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols
5. Good understanding of configuration management (GIT)
6. Basic knowledge of OOP concepts and design principles
7. Basic understanding of banking products (Account, Loans, Deposits)
8. Interest in learning banking functionality

Must Have Skills:-

1. Knowledge of above-mentioned Technologies
2. Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding
3. Good analytical abilities
4. Good Communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Assist in developing Java-based enterprise applications of TCS BaNCS
2. Working on retail core banking system such as accounts, deposits, loans etc
3. Build and maintain services, APIs, UI screens for various modules of TCS BaNCS
4. Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries (Oracle)
5. Create and manage shell scripts for data processing and migration tools
6. Fix bugs, perform code enhancements and support existing applications
7. Participate in code reviews and sprint activities.
8. Support modules related to accounts, loans, deposits and customer data.
9. Continuously learn and stay updated with new Java technologies, frameworks (like Spring or Hibernate), and industry trends.
10. Collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues
