Job Description:

Overall Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and React/ Angular frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards.
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure optimal system performance.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Continuously improve technical skills and stay updated with industry trends.

Software Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing web applications using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Strong knowledge of Angular framework for frontend development.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
• Understanding of relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Category-wise Technical Skills:

Backend:

• Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate)
• API development and integration
• Database management

Frontend:

• React/ Angular
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Responsive design principles

Tools & Others:

• Git version control
• Postman for API testing
• Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization (preferred)

Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• 2+ years of hands on experience in React/ Angular
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Prior exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Developing new features and modules based on project requirements.
• Fixing bugs and improving application performance.
• Participating in sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups.
• Reviewing code commits and providing feedback.
• Collaborating with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Keeping documentation up to date.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability to changing project needs.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous learning and improvement
