Java Developer (5+ Exp)
- Senior Java engineer with deep experience in performance optimization and enterprise backend systems.
- Strong in converting synchronous workflows into fully asynchronous pipelines
- (MongoDB save background validation rule execution).
- Expert in JVM tuning, multithreading, and profiling CPU/memory bottlenecks.
- Hands-on experience optimizing XML generation, transformation, and validation using high-performance libraries.
- Proven ability to run performance POCs, benchmark alternatives, and deliver measurable latency improvements.
- Strong architectural skills for designing/redesigning high-throughput form submission flows.
- Fast learner, capable of handling complex redesigns and delivering results ASAP.
