Role Overview

We are seeking a Java Developer with 25 years of experience in backend development. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, optimize, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust backend applications using Java (Spring/Spring Boot).
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external systems.
• Refactor and optimize existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Troubleshoot bugs and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Document code, system architecture, and development processes clearly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 25 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• Strong command of Java , object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework , Spring Boot , or related frameworks.
• Proficient in working with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Git , GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Docker , and deployment tools.
• Understanding of frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit , Mockito , etc.
