Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Advanced Java and React JS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Education domain and possess excellent English language skills. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Advanced Java and React JS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Ensure that all development activities adhere to company standards and best practices
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Document technical specifications and project details for future reference

  • Possess a strong understanding of Advanced Java and React JS
  • Have experience working in the Education domain understanding its unique challenges and requirements
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English with excellent reading and writing skills
  • Show a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Have a passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies
  • Display excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Be committed to continuous improvement and professional development
  • Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Have experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Show familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
