Job summary
We are seeking a GeoSpatial Lead Java with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Springboot Microservices Microservices and Java - Sprint Boot / .Net. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. Experience in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of geospatial applications using Springboot Microservices and Java technologies.Oversee the implementation of microservices architecture to ensure scalability and efficiency.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for geospatial solutions.Ensure the integration of geospatial data with existing systems and applications.Develop and maintain high-quality code following best practices and coding standards.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to geospatial applications.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning development testing and deployment.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in geospatial and microservices domains.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on project progress.Ensure the security and performance of geospatial applications.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in Springboot Microservices and Java technologies.Must have experience in developing and implementing microservices architecture.Must have a solid understanding of software development best practices and coding standards.Nice to have experience in Product Lifecycle Management.Nice to have experience with .Net technologies.Must have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
