1. Airline Domain Experience Airline Retail / Cargo / Loyalty

Technical Skills

• Kafka Event Streams
• Gradle / Maven
• Any RDBMS
• Application Monitoring and logging tools on AWS cloud
• Awareness on MACH Architecture
• Awareness on DORA compliance

Generic Skills

• ITSM Service Operations (Incidents, Problems, Change Management)
• Ability to think through complex problems and find pragmatic and elegant solutions.
• Work well under pressure with tight deadlines
