Position: Manager CMS

Educational Qualifications:

BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc (Computer Science)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and implementation. Prior experience working on Distribution Channel Management Systems within the insurance domain will be preferred.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as .Net, Java, Hibernate, PL/SQL, AngularJS, Python
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models
• Ability to prepare process design documents and technical design documents
• Good understanding of Application Security concepts and secure coding practices
• Familiarity with application monitoring, backup, and recovery procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering across distribution channels, Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams
• Prepare technical documentation including solution design and fit-gap analysis
• Oversee API-based integrations with Core Policy Administration Systems, Finance and Accounting Systems, Regulatory Systems, and external services such as KYC, PAN, and Aadhaar
• Manage UAT, parallel runs, and go-live activities ensuring minimal business disruption
• Coordinate with the Information Security team for application security assessments and closure of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing observations
• Provide production and maintenance support, ensuring SLA adherence with internal teams and vendors
• Coordinate with users to support continuous improvement of applications
