Key Responsibility:

We are looking for a professional having exposure to the Insurance domain, with understanding of insurance business processes, regulatory requirements, and policy lifecycle.
Own requirement gathering from various distribution channels, Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
Develop technical documents to drive solution design, fit-gap analysis, etc.
Oversee API-based integrations with Core Policy Administration Systems, Finance & Accounting Systems, Regulatory Systems, and KYC / PAN / Aadhaar services.
Manage UAT, parallel run, and go-live strategy with minimal business disruption.
Coordinate with the Information Security team for application security assessment and fixes for Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) observations.
Production and maintenance support ensure SLA adherence with internal teams and vendors.
User coordination and support for continuous improvement of applications.

Skills Required:

Experience or exposure to the Insurance domain is mandatory / preferred (Life / Health / General Insurance).
Proficiency in any of the following programming languages: .Net, Java, Hibernate, PL/SQL, AngularJS, Python, etc.
Knowledge of RDBMS / NoSQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
Good understanding of various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models.
Ability to prepare process design documents, technical design documents, etc.
Good understanding of Application Security concepts and secure coding practices.
Good understanding of application monitoring, backups, and recovery procedures.
Excellent communication skills.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to change.
