Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Strong proficiency in Java (version 8 or later).
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Hands on Experience in SQL/Oracle Database queries
Good knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven
Having good knowledge on Agile methodologies SCRUM
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
Knowledge of software development methodologies and Agile practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Develop and maintain web applications using Java and Angular frameworks.
Design and implement user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software meets quality standards.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to current projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve software development processes and practices.
