Java Full Stack Trainer

We are hiring an experienced Java Full Stack Trainer who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students in end-to-end web application development. This role is ideal for someone who excels at explaining complex concepts in a simple, practical way and has a proven track record of training, guiding, and preparing learners for real-world jobs.

The trainer will lead hands-on classroom sessions, conduct live coding and project-based learning, and mentor students through real-time application development and placement-oriented preparation. The focus goes beyond technology building confidence, problem-solving ability, and interview readiness to ensure students are truly industry-ready.

• Deliver structured training from Core Java to Full Stack Development
• Conduct live coding sessions and guide students through real-time project development
• Assign, evaluate, and mentor students on coding tasks, mini-projects, and capstone projects
• Prepare students for technical interviews, coding assessments, and placements
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide career mentoring
• Track student progress and ensure industry readiness

Backend & Core Java

• Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading
• Advanced Java: JDBC, Servlets, JSP

Frameworks & APIs

• Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate
• RESTful APIs & Microservices (Basic to Intermediate)

Frontend

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap

Database & Tools

• MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Git & GitHub
