Java Full Stack Software Engineer

ISS STOXX is hiring for Java Full Stack Software Engineer our Mumbai office.

Overview:

The candidate will be focused on building out modules of our next generation Data framework. The candidate will work on both front-end and back-end components, driving the development process and ensuring seamless integration between them. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Java and basic knowledge of Python, Typescript and SQL. Work profile will include but not limited to developing new applications and features, enhancements to existing applications, development of application/data frameworks, technology upgrades and new technology experiments.
 

Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative development workflows.  

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.  

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions.  

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer.  

• Strong proficiency in Java 

• Basic knowledge of Python, Typescript and SQL 

Nice to Haves: 

• Familiarity with Maven 

• Familiarity with Jenkins 

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes 

• Familiarity with Kafka and Redis

• Familiarity with Spring boot, MongoBD, InfluxDB, Grafana is a plus
