Java Full Stack (React)

Full Stack Developer:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable digital solutions using modern technologies. The role involves working closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to build end-to-end applications, drive continuous improvements, and ensure high-quality deliverables. This position requires strong hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development, with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

Build responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js and Next.js.

Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems and messaging queues (Kafka or similar).

Work with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, OpenSearch, and Elastic for scalable data solutions.

Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve complex issues.

Collaborate with QA for API testing and validation of features.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

Support CI/CD implementation through tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and deployment on Kubernetes clusters.

Ensure best practices in application security, performance tuning, and maintainability.

Document design, architecture, and technical specifications clearly. Required Skills (Mandatory):

Strong hands-on experience in Spring Boot (Java, Microservices).

Expertise in NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, OpenSearch, or Elastic.

Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. Proficient in unit testing frameworks (JUnit or similar).

Skilled in API testing (Postman, Swagger, or equivalent tools). Frontend expertise in React.js and Next.js.

Experience with Kafka or other messaging queue systems.
