Java Full Stack Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking Experienced Java Full stack Developers with strong, hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidates are production-ready engineers who can contribute from day one without the need for training in core coding skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot
• Build and support microservices-based architectures
• Develop containerized applications using Docker and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
• Design and optimize SQL schemas and work with NoSQL databases as required
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of backend services
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend/API development
• Practical experience with Docker and containerized deployments
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, including inter-service communication
• Experience with SQL databases (schema design, performance tuning)
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver production-quality code

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior development experience with Angular or other modern frontend frameworks
• Exposure to cloud-native or distributed systems is a plus
