Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer/Lead to drive architecture, system design, and development for products serving millions of users. This role combines technical leadership with a hands-on approach to building scalable, high-performance, and cross-platform systems. You will own critical architectural componentsparticularly the Backend for Frontend (BFF) layerand collaborate with multiple teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences.

Software Developer (Java Full Stack with React)

Position Overview

Mid-to-senior level Software Developer role requires 8+ years of experience building scalable web applications using Java backend and React frontend (compulsory), with TypeScript and JavaScript proficiency. Candidates must demonstrate heavy focus in either frontend (React/TypeScript/JavaScript) or backend (Java/Spring Boot) from product-based companies only; excludes entry-level, Associate Staff Engineers, Senior Developers, or Leads seeking junior roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with Java (Spring Boot), React, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs in product environments.
• Lead code reviews, optimize performance, integrate microservices, and deploy via CI/CD in Agile teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, debug complex issues, and mentor on best practices.

Required Qualifications

8+ years in product-based companies; heavy frontend or backend focus

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent

Technical Skills

- React (mandatory), TypeScript, JavaScript

- Java/Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs

- SQL/NoSQL databases, Git

Other

Agile, problem-solving, client interaction

Preferred Skills

• Product company experience in SaaS/cloud (AWS), Docker, Jenkins.
• Leadership in enterprise applications.
