• design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
• apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment
• ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
• build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
• understand, represent, and advocate for client needs
• share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Save, protect and grow team in Pune, focusing on Advisory Portfolio Management business area. This area covers portfolio management, model management, trading and reconciliation.
The team is located across the globe and manages a significant percentage of AUM for UBS.

Your expertise

• professional with a career reflecting strong "hands on" experience in a diverse range of software projects
• strong experience on oops based ui frameworks – angularjs/ reactjs/ nodejs , bootstrap & spring framework
• exposure on babel 7, javascript 6, redux, redux middleware, redux axios, and webpack 4
• strong understanding of microservices & clear concepts on html5, css3, javascript, jquery
• good exposure on core java, spring, restapis, sql dbs (postgress)
• proven skills in improving quality and performance tuning
• good knowledge of state-of-the-art ci/cd pipelines and devops tools & nice to have azure cloud services understanding
• hands-on experience in gitlab-facilitated software delivery
