Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in backend and frontend development, with a strong focus on building, deploying, and monitoring microservices-based architectures. Unlike a traditional development role, this position requires ownership of the application lifecycle—from coding and testing to container orchestration and performance monitoring. You will design scalable web applications using modern Java technologies and React, orchestrate them using Kubernetes, and ensure high availability through Grafana-based monitoring. This role will involve architectural decision-making, mentoring junior developers, and driving best practices in CI/CD and observability.

Required Skills Core Technical Skills: • Backend: Java (8/11/17+), Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture. • Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. • Database: Relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) and ORM tools (Hibernate/JPA). • Testing: Proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD) and testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Cypress. Infrastructure & Tools (Must Have): • Orchestration: Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (Deployments, Services, Pods, ConfigMaps). • Monitoring: Experience creating dashboards and querying logs/metrics in Grafana (often paired with Prometheus). • DevOps: Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions), and Version Control (Git). Soft Skills: • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly. Domain Knowledge: • Railroad (Good to have)

Key Responsibilities Development & Architecture • Full Stack Implementation: Develop and maintain robust applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React. • Microservices: Design and manage microservices-based architectures to support scalable, modular applications. • API Design: Design and implement secure, efficient RESTful APIs to support frontend and thirdparty integrations. • Frontend: Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and ReactJS. • Database: Optimize database operations and schema designs using JDBC, SQL, Hibernate, and JPA. • Testing & Quality Assurance: Take full ownership of code quality by writing comprehensive unit and integration tests (using JUnit/Mockito) for backend services, and component tests (using Jest/React Testing Library) for the frontend. Ensure all code meets coverage standards before pushing to the CI/CD pipeline. DevOps • Containerization & Orchestration: Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployment orchestration using Kubernetes (K8s). Write and maintain K8s manifests or Helm charts. • Observability & Monitoring: Create and maintain real-time monitoring dashboards using Grafana. Configure alerts to proactively identify performance bottlenecks and system health issues. • Cloud Integration: Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (Azure or any other), ensuring seamless integration with K8s clusters. Leadership & Process • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior to mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards. • Troubleshooting: Independently troubleshoot complex production issues related to memory leaks, thread dumps, and distributed system failures. • Agile Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers and designers in Agile/Scrum processes to deliver high-quality features on time.
