Job Title: Frontend Trainer | Java Full Stack Trainer

Location: Pune (Magarpatta City) Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Training and/or Industry Experience)

Shift Timings

• Frontend Trainer: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST
• Java Full Stack Trainer: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM IST

We are seeking passionate and skilled Frontend Trainers and Java Full Stack Trainers with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in development and training. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering classroom and practical training sessions, mentoring students, guiding real-time projects, and preparing learners to be industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions
• Explain concepts clearly with real-time examples and practical use cases
• Prepare and maintain training materials, assignments, labs, and assessments
• Guide students on real-time projects, best coding practices, and interview preparation
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Resolve student doubts, debugging issues, and learning challenges
• Maintain training quality, discipline, attendance, and batch performance reports
• Stay updated with latest technologies and contribute to curriculum enhancement

Technical Skills Required

For Frontend Trainer

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Responsive Web Design, DOM Manipulation
• REST APIs, Fetch API
• React.js / Angular / Vue.js (any one or more)
• Git / GitHub, basic build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)

Preferred:

• UI/UX basics
• Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
• Deployment basics (Netlify, Vercel, GitHub Pages)

For Java Full Stack Trainer

• Core Java & Advanced Java
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular
• Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL
• REST APIs, basic Microservices concepts
• Git / GitHub
• Real-time project development experience

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of training and/or industry experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student success
• Comfortable with onsite training and assigned shift timings
