What Youll Work On

Building and maintaining Java / J2EE applications

Designing and developing microservices using Spring Boot

Creating and optimizing REST APIs

Working with AWS , Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

Troubleshooting cloud deployments and production issues

Implementing design patterns , secure coding, and best practices

Working with JMS, IBM MQ , and enterprise integrations

Collaborating in Agile/Scrum teams on mission-critical modules

Core Skill Requirements

Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA

Microservices architecture & REST

AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, IAM) or Azure exposure

Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins)

Kafka / JMS / IBM MQ

SQL, Database management

Git / SVN version control

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and deployment troubleshooting

Eligibility
