Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in both development and support activities. The candidate should be able to handle stakeholders independently , perform root cause analysis , and authenticate bugs efficiently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in dynamic production environments are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Involve in both development and support of Java-based applications.

Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent solutions for recurring issues.

Handle stakeholder interactions effectively and ensure timely communication.

Authenticate and validate bug fixes and enhancements.

Participate in design discussions and provide inputs on system design and architecture.

Work on real-world problem-solving scenarios and manage production issues.

Mandatory Skills:

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Core Java , Spring Boot , and Microservices architecture .

Clear understanding of Java concepts , OOP principles , and design patterns .

Experience with system design and ability to discuss scalable architecture .

Problem Solving:

Proven experience in analyzing production issues and providing effective solutions.

Hands-on experience in scenario-based problem-solving and real-world issue handling .

Communication & Collaboration:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

Practical, hands-on experience from previous projects is mandatory .

Should demonstrate strong coding ability and logical thinking .

Must possess a good understanding of system design concepts.
