Java Developer

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise solutions in Java/J2EE following multi-tier architecture.
• Proficiency with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate.
• Demonstrated proficiency with various architectural principles and design patterns for enterprise solutions.
• Working experience in developing solutions for one or more cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) is essential.
• Knowledge of cloud-native compute, storage, and network services for one or more cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) is preferred.
• Good understanding of APIs, web services, microservices, and awareness of API management gateways.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Knowledge of NoSQL is desirable.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus, Git, Maven, Gradle, Rundeck).
• Solid understanding of security principles across all aspects of the SDLC, including code security.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team of 1015 members to design and develop enterprise solutions and deploy them to production.
• Proven ability to mentor team members, guide them in producing high-quality solution components, and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience analyzing user stories, providing estimates, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables as a team.
• Experience with the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through delivery and production support.
• Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and develop expertise in new transformation technology stacks.
• Strong exposure to Agile and Scaled Agile development models.
