Job Title: Backend Developer Java & Spring Boot

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java , Spring Boot , and building real-time WebSocket communication systems . The ideal candidate should also have a basic working knowledge of React.js and be comfortable collaborating with front-end and mobile teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

Build, optimize, and maintain WebSocket-based real-time communication modules .

Work with microservices, authentication, messaging queues, and distributed systems.

Integrate backend services with frontend/mobile applications (React.js, React Native, or others).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, performance optimization, and deployment.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Java , Spring Boot , and Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security).

Hands-on experience with WebSockets , STOMP, or real-time communication frameworks.

Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.

Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Basic knowledge of React.js ability to modify UI components or assist frontend team when needed.

Solid understanding of software design principles, concurrency, and performance tuning.

Good to Have:

Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis).

Cloud deployment exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
